Orders once confirmed and processed are generally not eligible for cancellation, as most products involve cutting, processing, or customization based on customer specifications. However, if a cancellation request is raised before production or dispatch, we may consider it at our discretion. Any approval will depend on the stage of processing and associated administrative costs.

Refund requests will only be accepted in cases where the product delivered is damaged, defective, or incorrect compared to the agreed specifications. Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear documentation, including photographs, videos, and order details. After review and verification, we will process replacement or refund as applicable.

Refunds, if approved, will be initiated through the original mode of payment and may take 7-15 working days to reflect in the customer’s account. In certain cases, we may offer credit notes or replacements instead of monetary refunds. Refund value will exclude shipping, handling, or processing charges unless the error is attributable to us.

Customized, cut-to-size, or specially fabricated products cannot be refunded or returned under any circumstances, except in the case of manufacturing defects proven by inspection. Customers are responsible for verifying measurements, grades, and specifications before confirming an order.
